How we got here

The founders came from HR operations inside growing companies, where onboarding was always squeezed between hiring and payroll. We built a firm that owns that gap and treats it as the welcome it actually is.

Today Benchpath supports HR leads and founders across India, staying deliberately small so every joiner is handled by a person, not a queue.
