How we got here

We started because independent shops were being treated as an afterthought by large suppliers — short deliveries went unanswered, and paperwork never matched what arrived.

We built the opposite: a small team, a named contact per retailer, and a records desk whose whole job is making sure what was ordered, what shipped and what arrived are the same three numbers.

What we value

• Accuracy over speed. A count done properly the first time saves a week of argument later.
• Plain answers. If a line is short or delayed, the retailer hears it from us first.
• Long relationships. Most of our retailers have been with us for years. That is the whole business model.
